Scope:
The Symposium is an interdisciplinary forum for the exchange and discussion
of ideas, research and practical experience on the manipulation of functional
organic and inorganic advanced smart materials. The Symposium provides
a valuable opportunity for scientists, engineers and students to meet,
and so is the ideal forum at which research groups can identify not only
common areas of interest but also complementary expertise. Novel areas
of research can be identified and this process will be facilitated not
only by the formal programme of lectures but also during the many opportunities
for informal discussions which surround this unique meeting.
